- Byju s double charged for the same course and now they are not refunding ^Closed

I wanted to purchase Byju’s subscription. An agent named Revanth from Byju (Cell: **********) came to my house and promised to provide * years of Byju’s course including current year with tablets for * Kids. I wanted to purchase it with No Cost EMI, but the first transaction I made with my Axis bank credit card was full payment (Order ID: BPTM*********). Hence, the agent suggested to do another transaction with EMI (Order ID: BPTM*********) and he will get the first Axis bank transaction refunded. I did the EMI transaction as well with my SBI Credit Card. The agent left promising the cancellation of the first order BPTM********* and registration of * kids with the second order BPTM*********. Nor the agent or the Byju customer support are providing any satisfactory answer for the refund of the first order or the registration of kids for the second order since January *, ****. Now after multiple follow ups, I came to know the agent smartly used both the transactions worth *.*L to register two two kids for each order. Currently, the first full payment transaction with Axis has only * kids registered instead of refunding the full amount and the other SBI Card EMI transaction has only * kids registered. Ideally I should have got the first full payment transaction refunded and for the other transaction I should have gotten * kids registered. Both of those things did not happen. The customer service has no proper response, they are saying to contact the agent (Revant), but the agent is not lifting phone. Kindly help with this and help me getting my money refunded. I even sent cancellation emails for both the orders within * days. Their refund policy is ** days. Still, they are not responding or refunding the amount.
