- Byju's Delay in Cancelation & Refund Open
I purchased IAS kit with order id ********* in the name of Subba Lakshmi. I have not received the product and also I raised for cancellation of the order. Also, I have paid EMI for * months. For the last ** days, I have been continuously calling Byju's customer care no proper response from them. I'm really frustrated and now they're asking for * months EMI. When I already asked for the cancellation and refund, how can they let this happen? They're pointing each person and cut the call. Not
