I booked ticket in redbus for Mumbai - Shirdi on *th Feb and redbus promised the arrival time as *:**PM but bus got delayed by * hours due to delayed start time at origin. They have not intimated/ sent any messages to me. I would like to take it up this case with online consumer court.
