- Bus is delayed by 5 hours Open
I booked ticket in redbus for Mumbai - Shirdi on 9th Feb and redbus promised the arrival time as 6:30PM but bus got delayed by 4 hours due to delayed start time at origin. They have not intimated/ sent any messages to me. I would like to take it up this case with online consumer court.
