I have booked bus from chennai to banglore yesterday night with easemytrip. No one bothered to contact me, tried calling the bus driver number and it is switched off. Contacted Yolo Bus customer service and they said driver will contact me and he didn't. Contacted Easemytrip customer service no one bothered to pick the call from customer service saying their phone lines are busy at **.**pm.
I was waiting for **mins at my pickup point Calling all the customer service and no one bothered to care.
