- BSNL Landline Bill Plan Changed Without Informing Closed
My BSNL Landline bill was changed automatically without even informing me. I have been calling BSNL office but they won't act on phone and keep telling me to submit a written application ? In what era are they living ? They don't even have a fully functional online portal where I can change the plan myself. I have been dialing their customer care number **** from my landline phone, but it tells me to check the number. Their own phone won't allow me to dial their customer care number. Such crap brand and totally waste.
It has been * months since the plan was changed and in these * months, my phone was not working for two continuous months. I am totally frustrated with BSNL Landline and want to either disconnnect the connection or want back the charges that I was charged incorrectly and want to change the plan back too.
