I received a broken and defective clock from the artment.
One hand of the clock was completely broken and the colour of the clock did not match the colour as shown on the website.
I reached out to them multiple times for a replacement but they kept on delaying the timeframe for the replacement.
Then finally ** days later they said they need an intimation within **hrs for a replacement.
This is not mentioned anywhere on their website.
They’re sending defective products and making up rules to scam and defraud people.
