- Broadband vendor refuse to remove connection within 4 days ^Closed

Hi Team, On ** Sep, i decided to take broadband plan from BABA Web World Rampura (Vender of ANI Network). On first day, i clearly mentioned my requirement i.e. speed fluctuations should not happen as my wife and sister doing Work from Home and needed stable connection. So, i planned to take *** Mbps plan for * months but after connection installed i have seen only half speed is coming. But Dilshad (Installer person from BABA WebWorld) says speed will improve soon. But after * days issue is same. So i register complain to same person. then on *rd days i decided to remove connection as my work and spouse work effecting so i clearly talk to person and owner of BABA WebWorld about removal of connection. But he said it is not possible as they have not any policy so i ask for written proof. So, he refused. So, i connected to ANI network, then he said i can do it. So, after one day conversation and conference call between BABA and ANI networks. BABA clearly refused for refund. He is forcing to stay with connection. I have all conversation and calling proofs. Kindly help for the same. other details share below.
