I am facing the issue of the everyday disconnection of Broadband. I have attached Open/close Sr, it's more than * requests. I took this connection for my WFH option but instead doing me my work, I am spending all the time chasing Airtel Customer care and nearby Airtel Office. I feel mentally tortured and stressed because of your worst every broadband connection.
How can I work if this situation keeps happening?
I am tired of your Broadband service. Your local engineer is not able to root cause issues.
I am so disappointed while writing this email. I no longer need your service. I took * months *** INR per month/ ** MBPS plan. Here, I am attaching a snapshot of the Open and Closed Service request. Enough with these talks and all. What I need is a solution.
I want a full(Couldn't use the internet at all during this period) refund of my payment and you cancel the connection.
