 - Broadband Refund Open

Hi,
I had a broadband connection of GTPL which I wanted to transfer to my new home address. I have requested the GTPL team on **/**/** to transfer over my connection and they have also noted the address and told me the charges I need to bear, I said I am okay with that.
On the same day, my renewal was due and since I was doing WFH for my company I need a internet connection so I have recharged with ****/- for three months pack as I was in the impression that the connection will get transferred.
I haven't heard anything nor got any message from their end so I called them on **/**/** and I came to know that the ticket I have raised has been closed without my knowledge as the area I wanted to transfer the connection is not feasible. The executive also told me that since I haven't use the broadband more than ** days after renewal, I am eligible for the refund. He advised me to drop an email.
I sent the email and got the reply that my connection is prepaid so I wont get the refund, I request them many times but got the same repetitive response from their end.
I am attaching the email conversations and copy of recharge receipt.
