- Broadband Connection Termination Tikona Open
I have been asked to pay the due amount of ***/- for my broadband connection where I have told them several times via email to close my subscription. There are no responses to my emails and all I get is an SMS notification stating that someone will respond to my query. The is no complaint number being shared with me for my emails. The provided toll-free number (**** **** ****) in their website is not reachable via prepaid phone connections.
I request Tikona to disconnect my connection and take back the due amount from my name which I stopped using for last * months.
