I had applied online for a broadband connection with netplus broadband. And i got a call of their representative. She told me that I had to pay Rs.**** prior to the connection as service charges. I even asked her why is she asking me to pay money before i get connection. She said rest assured sir, you’ll get your connection. The next day two men came, They called me up and said that they are there to measure the length of the wire required. They just went away saying they’re going to bring the wire but they never came back. I called their representative, and all they said that I will get my connection for sure the next day and then the next day and then the next day. They are making a fool out of me till now and I am so mentally exhausted and I don’t know what to do. I will call the customer care service but they are also telling me that they cannot do anything about it. I have all the proofs along with the payment that I made to my bank.The phone numbers of the representatives and their texts.
