Room Issues - Dirty Linen, Broken Door, AC Not Working, Dampness, Room Size Issues, Wifi Issues Etc - HTL*R*T***. I have booked * Executive rooms ON **nd Dec, they failed to provide us that, here my request is to refund my money for all three rooms for that night that they provided to us. I am utterly frustrated with service that Hotel Ganges Grand provided that night and my head was down in front of my family because I have booked all three rooms. I have suffered a lot through this booking and I want my money back on that night from Company GOIBIBO.COM. Here customer like me was cheated on the ground that Hotel Facility they promised to pay on the amount failed to do so and provided us the rooms in very very poor conditions. I am having full trust in Consumer Forum and asking justice for my case. I need the mentioned amount to be refunded back.
