I bought a New Laptop (ASUS TUF Gaming F**) on **-Oct-**** via Amazon's seller Appario Retail (Order# ***-*******-*******). As per the promotional offer, on buying the specific laptop model (this one) from Appario retail seller, I was supposed to get ** months Free Amazon Prime Membership worth Rs.*,***/-. This membership was supposed to be provided within ** days of the delivery of the laptop, i.e. latest by **-Nov-****. Till date (**-Feb-****) the ** months Free Amazon Prime Membership has NOT been received. Till date I have raised ** complaints via calls and emails with the customer care. I ordered some items after this purchase and had to pay the shipping fee, which would have been free, if I would have received the Amazon prime membership that was committed by the company. Also, after this purchase, I would have received all the products ordered from Amazon on the same day as per the benefits provided to the Amazon Prime members. I have been deprived of all these benefits. I have incurred so many hours raising the complaints with Amazon via emails and calls.
