- Box not working denying warranty Open

We want your immediate help in getting justice to our issue. The tata sky workers have disappointed us with their dissatisfying resolutions & biased judgement in the name of company policy. We are a regular customer of tata sky from ****. They are telling us to buy a new connection of Tata sky with new subscriber ID for Rs ****.
DETAILS:-
On **th Jan ****, the Tata sky team charged us *** Rs by replacing our HD set-top box with their refurbished (used) faulty HD set-top box, instead of repairing our box. They, however, promised a warranty of one year for the replaced box.
On *st July ****, the box didn't show up any light. I registered a complaint. The Nodal officer said that our warranty is no more valid due to physical damage of the box inside. I told the officer very clearly, that it is not our fault and we have no knowledge of how the box was damaged from inside. And that, we have a warranty on this box, so tata sky will have to provide us with a new HD set-top box with honour & respect. We are not going to pay anything more. I hope that you will take good concern & help us to get a new HD set-top box.
We want your keen attention to our grievance so that we get justice in this matter.
