- Boarding Pass Denied - Flight Missed Open
I had booked a flight of *:** am with Air-India on **st March **** (AI-***) T-*. I had already done the check-in advance so as to avoid any delay at the check in counter. Had to travel for my yet to begin internship at Bangalore with my mother. I reached the airport exactly at *:** am and then the AirIndia counter at *:** as my flight was scheduled at *:** am and I had already done the check in.
On reaching the counter at *:** dot, an official denied to provide us the boarding pass by saying that we were late. We had an argument with the official because we had almost * hour but he was adamant to provide us the boarding pass. We were tortured like hell. Nobody was ready to listen to our plea, and my hard earned money was going in vain.
We requested them a lot, to let us in. But they were arrogant and rude and they even misbehaved and shouted at us like anything. I feel sorry for not having made any video of their illiterate behaviour.
I'm a student and literally feel tortured, this was the worst experience of my life with a airline.
I'm posting my complaint here because I need justice, I cannot let go of my money without any fault. I mean I cannot afford to. For booking another flight in emergency, I had to borrow the money from a friend.
I need Voxya.com to help me in processing the refund. Without any fault and after going through such a trauma I deserve my money back. Air India please refund my money - Rs****.
One more important thing : A supervisor named Gandhi was there, who was the most uncultured, rude and arrogant guy whom I had met in my entire lifetime. This guy treated us like crap, as if we did not existed. He even warned the officials to have us out of the airport. Please never ever talk with this guy - personal experience.
