RO not working..useless service
I have lodged a complaint on **/**/**** regarding my Bluemount RO that I purchased in june-**** product id-PtBM******** complaint no-****/*. Despite being following up numerous number of times there is no resolution to the complaint. I have followed up from various customer care executives (Ritika, Sachin (service person in Mumbai and V-pure kandhivali ) but no one is putting up proper response for when the complaint will be resolved. And there is no written confirmation from Blue mount RO company side.
*I had raised the same issue before * months back, and after **-** days of follow up issue was resolved, extremely poor service response.
*For the past few days , my family is consuming bottled water. I have a infant of * months for her daily activity we use RO water. Even for this purpose we are using water other resources. Using water from other sources may put her health at risk. I am concerned and very worried about my family health. And such irresponsible behavior from Blue Mount company despite of follow up is mentally harassing.
*No updates from their end, they will give fake numbers for the technicians and kept you waiting through out the day. By the end of the day they will switch their phones and customer care will say that technician will surely attend tomorrow.
