- Bill paid but cable connection not activated Open
This is to inform you that from * days my cable connection is not coming despite I have paid the bill of this month. I have contacted to customer care executives repeatedly but they are giving the same answer that I should wait they will fix the issue as soon as possible but I didn't get any response from them till now( more the ** hours I have waited) The screen is showing error ***: signal interruption. The customer care is talking rudely and doesn't answer me. I also sent * e-mails to siti care and nodal officer but there is no reply/ respond from their side.
I have paid the bill on */March/**** but today is */March/**** but my plan is not activated till yet. I am suffering from mentally as they are playing with my emotions as I love to watch TV now I have no hope left in this system. At last firms like siti network are only interested in money taking and not providing services.
