- Bill issue of Airtel Number Last three Months Closed
I am using Airtel number ********** from last two years, previously this connection was in corporate plan but ** months back I took ownership & transferred on my name. Three months back I changed my plan to Rs *** per month from Rs *** Per month but when I get bill then I found Airtel has applied booster charges of Rs **** additional on my number when I got to know after *.* month I spoke with their representative he agreed it was activated by mistake but he assured me to arrange call back from his senior but I didn't get back from them. This activity continuously carried till today they called me for the payment and I regularly asked them to sort it out . Even I sent several emails to them there they said these charges are genuine. Here I want you to explain that on my plan every month I get ** GB data on regular basis, if I will not use data then that will be carry forward for next month so that way I have unitised data of *** GB, interesting thing from last three months I am using Nokia phone , if I like to use internet on that phone that is very tough. On the other hand I didn't use any data from last two months expect some MB while I use my sim in another phone. Here if I have activated DATA on my number then certainly use but here I would like to tell I never activated that on my number. After several emails and calls they are forcing me to pay the bill of Rs **** around but why I pay additional amount for that service which I never activated. Even when I changed my plan that is activated from their franchise only not from my end.
I request you to look on that matter and try to sort it out. Here its not matter of bill amount its matter how these companies will activate such kind of services without taking permissions from the customers. That way they are making money by offering low amount plans.
