- Bill fraud done Open
I have taken a connection with User ID ********** on August ****. Then In June **** I changed my flat and requested for transfer of connection but the representative on visit told to get new connection since my new society has some offers on the new connection and I was told that the old connection they will close. But even after paying the amount for the new connection it was not configured till one week and when contacted customer care they configured the same connection at the new house as well after around ** days. I was called and told about the same and they reset the connection with the new account. But was asked to pay the bill for June as well since for ** days old connection was being used. Hence I end up paying for both connections for the month of June. After that, I contacted customer care to ask for closing the old connection and they confirmed that after bill payment they will connect. But Instead, they just de-activated the rental plan.
But still, send still with the irregular amount. I told the customer care many times that I am not living in that flat and the connection is not being used since it does have any modem at that location only the wire and antenna but still, they charged the bill and harassed over the call.
For the new connection, I have paid all the bill and its User Id is **********. But it has been nearly one year and they are charging some usage charge in old connection.
Now, they have sent legal notice saying that I have defrauded for bill amount **** and also I have to pay for hardware and modem **** Rs if anything is missing but when I first bought the connection I bought my own modem and as for other hardware the wire and antenna its still fixed in terrace of old flat. These people are constantly calling and harassing for bill payment. I didn't even want a new connection if was insisted by their own representative on the home visit. Now expect to pay bill old connection as well. I have attached the latest bill.

I paid the access amount and now they are refusing to Refund the access paid amount....
