we had been paying all our bill on time which were amounting to *****-***** per month.
Then all of a sudden DHBVN gives a bill of ***** plus ****** charged to my bill on account of sundry charges.
upon asking for the same we were given the reply that our meter had been working slow , when we got our meter checked, we came to light that our meter was absolutely fine there had been no wear and tear in the meter .
