Airtel Digital Tv
- Being forced to watch channels Closed
New rule of TRAI to select and pay for channels that customer wants to watch, is being neglected with Airtel dth. I am being forced to watch channels despite I haven't selected them. Also, these channels are intentionally placed multiple times in between normal channels and spoil TV watching experience. Airtel is giving the logic that channels like Naptol, ShopCJ, Ezmall, HomeShop** etc are free and hence cannot be removed.
If a channel is free, it doesn't mean. It should be imposed on the customer like this.
