Make My Trip
- Been misguided and not been support from Make my trip Closed
I have booked Bali vacation from **th Sec'** to *nd Jan'** with Make my trip on *th Sep'** and my booking ID is NL************ . Mr Palak Darji had coordinated with me for the booking. I had raised following concerns with him on **th Sep'**.
*. Before confirming the booking, there were changes in the itinerary which was confirmed to me by mail, I had requested a revised itinerary due to changes in it and also the same was addressed to my father. But till date I have not received the revised itinerary.
*. I had requested to include Nusa Penida in the package, I was told all the places now considered in the package is in centre of Bali and Nusa
Penida is in South east, so it cannot be included, whereas most of the places I am visiting are at South Bali and in fact Lembogan which I am visiting is close to
*. On the day of booking, when I asked for water rafting in the package, I was told it is an uncertain event so it is not advisable,
however the plan I received from one of their other coordinator included water rafting by default and it is one of the happening activity in Bali.
*. I had requested for change in flight (currently booked Malaysian airline) considering the safety, I told told the penalty will be Rs.*****/-
even before checking the options and that was not reasonable as I have asking for the changes within ** days of booking.
He was very rude when I brought up the above mentioned concerns. He said he will revert to me on how he can make the changes on **th Sep, but till date there is no communication from him.
After multiple calls to Make my trip(MMT), I was told I can escalate to his lead Mr.Sohil at Sohil.email@example.com however the email had bounced even at *nd attempt. When further connected with MMT on *nd Oct I was asked to further escalate to Sohil's manager Mr. Somomon Jani at firstname.lastname@example.org, I did write to him on the same day but there is no response till date.
I was also told by Ms. Vandhana Kapoor on *nd Oct, Mr.Manish Pal will be my vacation coordinator and he will call me within **hours( my conversation reference# ************). Since I did not receive any call till *th oct evening, I called up their customer care, Mr. Shookh mentioned they will definitely arrange a call back from Manish Pal within next ** hours. I had also dropped a mail to Mr.Manish Pal at email@example.com for which he responded assuring I will get a call from him on *th Oct.
on *th Oct evening he drops me a mail stating he tried reaching me but my mobile was switched off, however my mobile was active through out the day and I was expecting his call.
Request your intervention as Make my trip is making me run from pillar to post for more than **days and none of them have called me to address my concerns. I am not able to attach the booking confirmation I have received and the mail follow ups I have made with them, with this complain. Please help me with your mail ID so that I can forward the supporting mails to you.
As Make my trip claims to be Number-* in the holiday planning industry, the basic customer connect is expected of them. Misguiding the clients, talking rude and not responding to the concerns even after multiple follow ups is un-ethical.
