Bought a bed for Pepperfry and the item was delivered ** June at **** am and the carpenter was promised to visit the place same day by the company. On calling the carpenter, he blatantly said he will not be able to come. Another one was assigned who is not even answering the call. The cot was bought because we were in a hurry. Else we could have got something made to order.
Pepperfry neither commits to sending a carpenter nor is ready to take back the order so We can get it else where.
