Their agent advised me in the month of march to clear all dues including penalties and late fees and i deposited an amount of **** inr and they said moratorium will be applied automatically on your personal loan. But next month they started calling and asked for payment of total ***** inr. I have been tricked by these people and in this pandemic situation the vendor is not helping me.
