I have been using vodafone connection **********. On **-**-**** my rs ** balance was deducted allegedly. When I called them on *** and told them the same and asked them to refund it then they refused immediately saying that you have called an international number which was the wrong information. They were arguing with me then immediately witout any notice transferred my call to postpaid section where the lady was trying to pull me towards vodafone postpaid connection. So, I am suffering mentally and I am uable continue work
