I installed the gtpl connection and after * month I ran into a problem. My power modem was faulty for that I called in customer care * july **** and they said it will be done by tommorow and tommorow never came after few days around * july **** technician called and said that i will not come because you have corona positive cases in your building which had been hospitialized and also there were on different floor then me and only that floor were sealed not mine and still they wanted me to wait for corona to go and then they will come and fix my problem
