From the past few months we are facing set top box restart issue and we keep on complaining about the issue but every day they use to say within * hours issue will be resolved but still no one visited.
Once engineer visited for issue but did not ready check the problem itself and went away by saying there are no issues. We are suffering from their bad services and products.
