I bought two ice creams worth** each. As soon as I opened it I found it was bad! So I went to the mother dairy shop at deep ganga apartments,haridwar. And instead of listening to my complain this shopkeeper didn't give any heed, neither did he changed the product nor dodge refund the money.He started to misbehave. I am unhappy with his behaviour. And ask for some action to be taken to make him understand that business means consumer satisfaction and welfare as well!
