Booking id: NH************* . I booked this hotel for * guest . Checkin only late night but totally very very bad experience. This hotel receptionist firstly not accept online bookings however I argue with them so they give room but room was very very small. We booked deluxe room for * guest but they given room is like a single occupancy room so room was very very small different from mmt photos. Also bathroom was very very bad maintenance and they given bath type bathroom so the bath tub very dirty so we immediately informed to receptionist but he said now not available staffs. Also they not giving water bottle as per mentioned in description and TV was not working and hair dryer not working and ac not working and bathroom lights not proper working. So worst room. So I called to mmt customer care number but busy busy and also midnight so we disgusting to stay this hotel. I want my money back. Else I will do legal notice. Already contacted you in email and chat but still no one resolved. Checkin date: **/**/**** time midnight and checkout **/**/**** so totally we stayed only * hours.
