This is regarding the complaint against the service. I'm writing it as I am not getting any service either from customer care nor from the provider. I got the message that my pack has been upgraded. It is okay that as per new TRAI regulations they have systematically changed my pack. But now as I want to change the pack, I'm calling it for the help to customer care but the call is not at all connecting. When it connected once, they said to log in through the Mobile app or D*H site and change it. But the same is not working as it says invalid credentials entered when entering OTP which has been sent to my number. I will be happy if I can be able to log in to the mobile app and change my pack a per my desire. Submitted for kind consideration.
