- Bad and wrong food delivered Closed
I have ordered food from a restaurant using their app.
yesterday I have ordered food from some restaurant from the app. I have talked with the number of customer service people regarding the same. Firstly that order was wrong I have received. Secondly, the quality was that bad of the food and now the guys are providing me with a credit of *** points. I don't need *** points for an order as it was a wrong order they delivered so I need a complete refund for that. Rest after talking to their customer service team they are just saying that they cannot do anything regarding it seriously first they have a bad restaurant and then food and only customer will suffer for it and they are just denying that fact that I have received wrong food
it was around **:** am and that night I have slept without eating at all.
