Courier Shipment were booked to be delivered to Kashmir address details Mentioned below

This shipment contained ** boxes of organic fertilizers each box worth **** total ** boxes valued at ***** as per invoice attached at the time of pickup ,
This shipment was booked on **/April ****, the shipment till date has not been delivered to my client till date **/June ****,
After much calls and emails the shipping company Shiprocket has replied stating the shipment will be returned to the owner and have charged me money for the action, when asked why this shipment is coming back the shipping company is not able to explain us any reasons or the reasons of returning the boxes, my client who was suppose to receive the boxes did not receive any phone calls or any emails or any updates from the shipping company,
Sir I kindly urge you to please mediate between the parties and please help us recover our expensive packages that are in custody of Shiprocket and allot us compensation for the hardships and mental stress we have experienced due to irresponsible and un professional work by Shiprocket, since the fertilizers boxes were not delivered we suffered a total client loss as the client has canceled the order with us because of non delivery from shipping company,
Please help us track the ** boxes, help us get necessary compensation for our business losses due to non delivery of goods by Shiprocket, they should be held responsible, as they picked us packages for delivery and without any reasons they have kept ** boxes worth ***** with them for more than approx ** months, in this period of time we would have had orders of ** boxes with the same client, that got cancelled because of shipping companies delivery delays,
