GoFirst flight from Del to Mum cancelled one day before. Checked rebooking options on the website. Was not allowed to check or select a suitable flight and a new flight was automatically selected and rescheduled. Airline refused to issue a refund saying only one change can be made to the booking. Clearly, mechanisms have been put in place on the website to defraud customers. Extremely harrowing experience. Had to cancel the flight and pay cancellation charges of Rs. **** per person for * persons totaling Rs. ****.
