- Asking for payment of Internet Charges which are already paid Open
Please refer attached mail (Mail Communication.pdf) in which I had paid **** as subscription fee for * months and in E-Bill it is showing something different. If you check E-Bill (Attached in Mail Communication) there is shown usage period on that E-Bill as **th March to *th April ****. Though I had paid this amount on **th March ****, the installation and activation of internet was completed on *th April ****. Now, whenever I am logging on to the Tikona Page it is showing that my subscription is due on **th June **** and pay Rs. ****.** before the renewal date. I have attached same screenshot for your reference.
Also, I had received mail regarding payment due on **th May **** (Attached in Mail Communication) such that Renewal Amount (Rs): ****.** and Net Payable Amount (Rs): ****.** which has to be paid before *th June ****. Since I have taken subscription for * months, then considering * months from the activation date i.e. from **th April ****, the renewal date should be **th July ****. Now they are insisting me to pay the amount before *th June ****.
Also, please see attached screenshot of leaflets of Tikona (Tikona Leaflets.pdf) showing that WiFi Router is free of charge whereas Sales Executive demanded charges for Wifi Router which I had paid and after around one month this wifi router has not been received yet. I tried to contact sales executive regarding this too many times, but yet no answer received. I also checked on the internet and many such fraud cases happened with too many consumers by Tikona. Please help regarding this.
