- Aquaguard service charges taken without any service Open
I had booked for general service of aquaguard purifier "Forbes crystal" yon July **th **** with service request no. **********. I had clearly mentioned that I want filters to be changed while booking the service. The technician came the next day and said that he doesn't have filters for my model as they have stopped manufacturing it. He insisted that I pay the service charges of ***/- for not doing anything. The company has all the details like model number etc. updated in the database but still they sent the technician when they don't have spares. The technician just stood there and asked for service charges without doing any work. This is cheating your customers and day light robbery. I contacted the customer care helpline and spoke to Shweta and she had no solution to this and told me that her manager would get in touch with me. But nobody from the higher management has contacted me. I had to pay the service charges just to make the technician leave my house. I want to bring this matter to the public so that they stop cheating people like me.
