- Application fees not refunded ^Open

Hi,
Myself Akshay Dhangar. I am currently living in Pune and working as a Software Engineer with Citicorp Services India Pvt. Ltd.

One day, I got a call from Nidhi Chauhan(+** **********) working for Sparkphase international stating they help in abroad Job Search. She said they have tie-ups with Canadian employers and Sparkphase helps in arranging interviews with them.
For this process they charge *****rs INR as an application fees.

I paid *****rs INR to Sparkphase International via net banking with mode Bank Transfer.

This process was started in April **** when I sent my documents(educational, corporate, personal) to Nidhi Chauhan replying on her email.

In next month, On **th May, They sent me an Agreement to be signed. I red the agreement, signed and sent back to them.

After this I was expecting interview to be arranged but after wasting my * months, I saw that they are not working and just making false promises. So I asked them for refund and sent them a withdrawal email to opt out of the process.(Because as per their agreement If client does not get a proper service, he/she is eligible for ***% refund).
Initially they declined and said we can not refund your fees. But I explained them the entire scenario in detail and they said give us one more chance to improve the process(Attached the mail chain of the same doc name : Gmail - Application withdrawal.pdf).
So I gave them one month extra time to set up interviews for me. But They didn't do anything in that extra time period and I did not even get a single interview.

So I asked them for a refund this time and sent a new withdrawal mail around *th October.

After my mail, I chased them for an entire week and the they agreed to refund my money. They said that I will get my refund in two parts.
First part of *****rs I will get in October month and Second part of *****rs in November month.

However, after that they started not picking up calls, not replying to messages and not refunding my money. I chased them multiple times but did not get a single penny from them.

After that, around **th November, They connected me to their director Maneet Singh(+** **********) and he said he's running out of funds currently but he will refund my money in ** days. So I gave him more time.
After that, I tried connecting to him but he was not receiving my calls, not replying to messages. Somehow I got connected to him and asked for the status of my refund and he said he was busy with some emergencies and request me a lot to allow him a time of ** more days to refund my money.
I gave him more ** days of time of which last date was on **st December **** but still he did not refund me and now he has stopped picking up my calls, not replying to messages).

Current situation is, I haven't received my refund and Sparkphase international people are not picking up my calls or replying to my messages.
