I had placed an online grocery order on JioMart on **th July, **** at **:** AM and paid an amount of Rs. ***.** from Google Pay (Google Pay Transaction Id - CICAgKDZs*foVw, UPI Id - UPI ************). The delivery was shows for **th July, **** and when the delivery was not made, I checked with JioMart customer service and they told that the order could not be recognized by them. They asked me to share the screenshot of the payment transaction and order details. I emailed the details with them on **th July, **** (**:** AM) via my email (hrajput*@gmail.com). The shared screenshots are also attached herewith for reference. Since then, I have been chasing the JioMart team for getting the refund of the order, but couldn't get it. Had to register a complaint on INGRAM so that my interests could be saved by my very reliable department. Expecting an early resolution.
