I have booked a train ticket and paid via mobikwik wallet, later when I cancelled that ticket I didn't receive the money, when contacted IRCTC they said they already refund that amount to mobikwik which is now solely responsible for the delay. Have all invoice and reply from irctc and already raised this issue with mobikwik but they didn't respond instead blocked me on twitter where i had interacted with them for all issues.
