- Amount not refund even after cancellation Open
First, I had booked Oyo hotel Oyo **** Lord Krishna Dx inn from * June **** to * June ****. Upon arrival at the hotel, the hotel denied accommodation citing lower tariff by Oyo. I had not paid for the same.
Then I tried to book another hotel at the moment, but for that, I had to pay *** rupees. I booked hotel Odeon Continental. Upon arrival at the hotel, I found that the room at the hotel was completely opposite to the advertised. There was no a.c., ventilation, untidy and dirty bedding etc. I couldn't live in the room. So, I cancelled it and raised the ticket of the same for a refund from their app.
But, their customer service called me and was very unprofessional and told me that you won't get a refund and your reason cited is not enough. I am so stunned by their blunt cheat and feeling mentally harassed.
