- Amount lost on Wazirx deposited but vanished Open
I used Wazirx Fund deposit option to add *****.** in my Wazirx Wallet (supported by MobiKwik).
The amount debited from my bank account but not updated to Wazirx Wallet (after * day till date).
As they suggested on their app I waited more than ** hours and finally I raised complaint with them after ** hours.
Since then, I tried following-up multiple times but each time I received their predefined automated email response.
Amount debited on **-may-**** and it is still not been updated or reverted back in bank.
No one is responding from Wazirx side . Also, there is no option to chat or call them; I have no idea where my money went or will I be getting it back at all.
Most of the people in India using this platform for Crypto tread; I was not expecting this kind of mishandling from such app. It’s really disappointing!!
