We got call on May from Fala office Yelahanka saying that we got a gift voucher.
After getting many calls, we visited the office, they said you got the Gift voucher and also a very good Holiday Package offers going on now because of anniversary of Fala Holidays. They explained about the Package of Rs.******/- with ** days national/international package and many other facilities (guide/hotels/food/day outing in Resorts/kids activities etc.) . We were not convinced and said we are in a position to plan for any trips due to many personal and financial issues. We were about to walk out from there. But they forced us to sit and started brain washing, Sir also the specialty of this package is you do not have to pay any Interest against EMI's and there is an option called Non Equal EMI where you can pay only principal amount up to * years. They said that you can cancel the package at any time if we do not provide the service or not satisfied with the service and you can also transfer the package to friends or relatives if you want. Though we were not okay to avail any service. They said that, Sir please just give your credit at least we will check the eligibility for Non Equal EMI's and CIBIL score, then you think and decide. But we still denied that we don't require it. They said Sir nothing to worry, just will check for the offer and they took the card from me to check but they directly swiped the amount of RS.******/-+ ***** from other card. For asking about the deduction, they said it will be on hold until * days and will be returned to your account once we get the Indus bank credit card issued and it well get converted to Non equal EMI’s. But we got the amount deducted from my account the same day. We asked please cancel and return our money we do not want any package. But they didn’t accept, they were keep on manipulating. Later on we got credit card fist EMI. When we asked them, what Company assured is not happened, we are getting EMI’s of so much amount, they said it happened like that, company will take care of your EMI and the total interest on all EMI’s. Company will issue the check or transfer the money to your account before your due date so that you can clear EMI’s. We said that we are not in a position to pay other EMI’s as well as we mentioned initially and we asked them to please cancel and return the money. We told them we will pay the cancellation charges also if any, they said we update you on this, we started follow-ups, whenever we call they do not pick the call, after calling many times to all of their team members they tell us will resolve tomorrow. We visited many times to the yelahanka branch office they are talking recklessly and they told some stories like I am not well or some health issues to the manager…. Because of the negligence answers by yalahanka address(Main branch) and requested them to cancel the membership but they told to use at least avail one service then will cancel it if you are not satisfied. After that I requested many times to book the service, but they didn't booked at least one trip as of today, they are always telling not available and some stories. They gave me a letter also, saying that if they didn't respond with in will go for the cancelation . Still they are not responding and telling we are busy and will call you later and postponing as usual.
