- Amount has been deducted from my D2H account Open
Without my notice Rs. *** has been deducted from my D*H account towards engineer service though the engineer has not visited. When I ask to revert the amount to my account, they are always kept on going creating a new ticket and ignore the older ticket and tell that it will be resolved tomorrow EOD. But from the last * days the issue not resolved. I got frustrated with them and decided not to continue service from them. Below are the complain numbers they raised multiple times.
