- Amount deducted but recharge not reflecting Closed

This is Prabhu and hold airtel prepaid with against the phone number. I had initiated a recharge of Rs. ***/- via airtel thanks application and proceeded to pay through airtel linked razorpay and was successful around **:**pm today however, the recharge is not reflecting onto my airtel account and the current balance in my airtel account is Rs. **.**/-.
And reply from them was pathetic even after providing adequate information like deduction screenshots.
