- Amount debited from account but not credited to Astropay Wallet Open

Added funds of INR****.** to Astropay Wallet via scanning the Astropay QR code. Amount debited from my HDFC BANK account on **th Nov ****. All related proof of payment was shared via email to Astropay team, but its more than a week now & there is no trace of the amount debited, no refund or credit yet in my Astropay wallet. Surprisingly email responses have also stopped. I am helpless. Please advise.
