I had ordered a mixer from wonderchef website and paid using paytm UPI QR code. The amount was debited from my account and the order was not confirmed. The product still showed in the cart and they wanted me to pay again. I wrote to the customer care and called but the problem is still not resolved. Every time they ask my phone number and email and tell me that they will resolve it . Its been * days now and I have not received any positive response.
