I am the victim of the faulty website of “BigBreaks.com” an online airline ticketing portal. While at the first time attempt to purchase a ticket was not successful, as there was no confirmation neither SMS nor email from the Bank nor “BigBreaks.com” about the transaction, a second attempt was made for the procurement of the ticket which ended up with a successful completion and eventually tickets has been received in the registered email. Later, to my utter surprise when I have received my credit card statement it was found that “BigBreaks.com” had claimed twice (including failed transaction) from my Bank in return of the issuance of the single ticket which the customer service of the Bank had confirmed me on my enquiry. The said anomalies have been immediately intimated to “BigBreaks.com” over the phone as well as an email but in vain.
