- AMC Commitments not being honoured Open

I have an AMC of two years from mid-January ****. As per the contract, the company has to change filters twice within this period. So far filters have been changed only once.
I raised a complaint on September **, **** (Ticket No: **********).
The technician visited on ** September, but said the filters need to be changed and for which I will have to pay. The technician is claiming that the filters have been changed twice. But he could not show any documentary evidence for the same.
Their service has been quite dismal for the last few months. As a result I had to buy bottled water for several days at a stretch despite having a water purifier at home and an AMC.
