I wanted to start selling on amazon.com, i was a good buying customer and decided to sell hand-made. I registered as a seller and started supply docs. When I attached my credit cards they could't be verified as (I knew later why so) they were pre-paid. I sent to amazon a home bill with my name, as they required, I don't know why, maybe as it's in Russian, but after that they restricted my selling privilages, send me a e-mail that I can't sell on amazon and they will do not answer my mails anymore. I wanted to solve it so * times I turned to online support, they promissed me to resolve the problem but I haven't heard from them since i closed their online chat. Then I wanted to close my amazon account as such a disrespectful manner isn't good to me, but they reject to close my account although it's indicated in their help section that I can do it. They just don't answer, I don't know why. I didn't do any wrong, no rudness from my side, no violation of rules, I even haven't started selling, I just wanted to start selling my hand-made goods. I would be thankfull if you help me with this issue, if I have clear answer why I can't sell on amazon and why they reject to close my account that would make me happy. Thank you.
