- Amazon lying about prime delivery Open
I had to receive an order today.
They lied I was unavailable
Then they said don't worry would deliver it by tommorow
I asked for the escalation line they didn't provide.
I asked for the ticket number, still nothing.
Last thing answered was it's all internal nothing is provided to customer agaring their policies.
So need my answer for pathetic customer service and also with why was it not delivered on the first place
Lastly MR. Himan(CS Supervisor) had a rough talk and he lost his teamper over the call.
* times I had to inform how he should talk to the customer.
