I am very sorry to file a complaint against Flipkart Travel that I have tried several rescheduling dates with several emails but every time I am getting the same reply email that Flight is not available. When I myself try for tickets through the Airlines website, I find that tickets are very much available. Then even every time I have called to Flipkart Customer Care but till now neither any call back for a single time nor any solution to my grievance.
Now as I have some fixed important work, I have to fly by **th July'** & that's why I had again requested & even then also have given * optional dates **th, **th & **th July'** of which any date is okay for me but I am not getting any response from Flipkart Travel till now & my time is running away.
As I had booked the Air-Ticket PNR Y***M Air-India, Booking ID FF************* Flipkart-Travel, when I am contacting Air-India, Air-India is advising to contact only Flipkart-Travel
So my request to Flipkart-Travel is if FT is unable to confirm my tickets, kindly refund my money immediately so that I can do it myself because I have no more time otherwise give me access to do the Rescheduling myself with access to the Refund Money.
It's a sincere request from a harassed Old Flipkart Customer (RMN **********) please.
The previous mails are attached for reference & evidence.
